If you have any suggestions for improving our programs, compliments for our amazing team or concerns you'd like us to address, we want to hear from you!
You can choose to stay anonymous or request that your feedback not be shared - your voice will still help us make Burnie Brae better for everyone.
You know what it’s like to receive care from Burnie Brae - what works well, what could be better and what matters most to you. We’re looking for Burnie Brae clients who receive funded care services to join our Quality Care Committee as a Consumer Representative.
You’ll have the opportunity to share your experiences and ideas, hear from other clients and make recommendations to the Burnie Brae Board about the safety and quality of our services.
What’s involved?
If you’d like to help shape the services you and others receive, we’d love to hear from you.
We encourage you to raise concerns with us directly so we can respond promptly and work towards a solution. However, you also have the option to seek independent advice, advocacy or support.

We’re committed to listening, responding and continually improving.
Our Compliments and Complaints Management Policy explains how to provide feedback, make a complaint or give a compliment, and what you can expect from us.
Our Whistleblower Policy explains how to safely report concerns about wrongdoing and how we protect and support people who speak up.
Both policies are available in Easy Read format to make them clear and accessible.
We’re always learning and looking for ways to do better. Your feedback and involvement help us improve our services and create a better experience for our clients, families and community.

Staff are very helpful and friendly. Cafe serves tasty food at a reasonable price. Many classes on offer. Check it out. You don't have to be a Senior or pensioner to use the facilities. Great gym and sport physiologists.
Nicki
