Matwork Pilates is a whole-body workout that focuses on posture, core stability, balance, control, strength, flexibility, and breathing. Exercises are low-impact and are completed on the floor. With regular practice, you'll work to improve your strength, energy and mobility. This class is suitable for all levels of fitness.

Please note that a medical certificate may be required to participate in this activity.

When: Fridays, 7:30am - 8:30am (excluding public holidays)

Please arrive at least 10 minutes before the class starts. No entry after commencement for safety reasons.

Location: Burnie Brae Hall, 60 Kuran St, Chermside

Cost: Members $15.00 - pay upon entry using cash or card

What to bring: water bottle, yoga mat, non-slip socks and wear suitable clothing (i.e. workout wear or loose fit clothing)

Bookings are not required, simply come along!
