Tai Chi (Qigong)
Tai Chi is a moving meditation in the form of a series of slow gentle movements, physical postures and controlled breathing. The classes may assist in improving balance, strength, coordination, and releasing stress and tension.
Date: Fridays (excluding public holidays)
Time: 12:00pm - 1:00pm
Location: Burnie Brae Hall, 60 Kuran St, Chermside
Cost: Members $10.00 - pay upon entry using cash or card
What to bring: water bottle and wear suitable clothing (i.e. workout wear or loose fit clothing)
Bookings are not required, simply come along!
