Our program provides education and support to help you manage your condition, through physical activity and lifestyle changes. Whether you’re newly diagnosed or have lived with diabetes for years, we’ll help you build lasting habits to boost your health and confidence.

Who is the program for?

  • Living with any type of diabetes (type 1, type 2, or gestational)
  • Experiencing diabetes-related complications including peripheral neuropathy, chronic kidney disease, and cardiovascular conditions
  • Unsure on how they can optimise their diabetes management through physical activity

What happens after the program ends?
After completing the program, it’s important to maintain your progress. You might consider continuing with our sessions, exploring other offerings at Healthy Connections or establishing a home exercise routine. We recommend scheduling a reassessment with one of our Exercise Physiologists to track your improvements and discuss next steps.

Program Details

Duration: 8-Week Program
*Program duration is typically 8 weeks, however flexible dependent on your individual circumstances.

Schedule: Wednesdays and Fridays from 2pm

: Max 12 Participants
Program Cost:
$18 per session or $150 for 10-Visit Pack (Save $30)
