What is Aqua Aerobics?
Aqua aerobics is a fun and invigorating form of exercise performed in water. It involves a series of aerobic movements and routines, similar to traditional aerobics, but with the added resistance and buoyancy of water. This makes it an ideal workout for people of all fitness levels, including those who are new to exercise or looking for a low-impact workout.

When: Monday, Wednesday & Friday, 11:10am, 12pm
(Pool closed on public holidays)
Location: Chermside Pool, Hamilton Road (next to Chermside Library)
What to bring: water bottle, towel & wear comfortable swimsuit
Cost: Members $11.00 (pay cash on entry)
