When: Thursdays 11:00am - 12:00pm

Please arrive 10 minutes before the class starts. No entry after start time for safety.
(Centre closed on public holidays)

Location: Burnie Brae Rear Hall - 60 Kuran St, Chermside
What to bring: Yoga mat, resistance band & wear suitable clothing
