The practice helps reduce stress, improve mental clarity, and promote relaxation, making it accessible to all fitness levels and adaptable for various mobility needs.

Qigong focuses on movement, breathing, and meditation to boost energy flow and relaxation with simple, repetitive exercises.
Our class combines Tai Chi's dynamic sequences and Qigong's calming practices for a comprehensive wellness approach.
