Meet Your Yoga Instructor
Kim, our expert instructor, combines her extensive background in fitness and dance with personal insights from her own injury recovery. Her approach is rooted in guiding transformative practices that improve overall wellbeing. Kim’s goal is to help you maintain an active lifestyle and enjoy your passions, regardless of physical challenges.

What to bring: Yoga mat, water bottle & wear suitable clothing (non-slip socks)
