Get involved at Burnie Brae or in your community through engaging activities, and social home visits that offer emotional support. Enjoy recreational support, outings with loved ones, and instructor-led activities like arts and crafts, fitness, and supported day trips to exciting local destinations through Club Respite.

Are you eligible for funding?
Eligibility for CHSP is determined by the Australian Government, and applications are made through My Aged Care. You must be aged 65+, or 50+ for Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander people)
CHSP is ideal for seniors needing one or two entry-level services. If you require more support than the CHSP can fund you can be assessed via My Aged Care for higher care at home.
