Our expert Exercise Physiologists and Physiotherapists from Healthy Connections will guide you through a series of activities designed to enhance your physical and mental wellbeing.

After the workout, join us to unwind with a refreshing tea or coffee while enjoying meaningful conversations. Whether you're new to exercise or a fitness enthusiast, our activities are designed to accommodate all fitness levels.

Join us for a session that’s as beneficial for your mind as it is for your body!

Note that some exercises may involve getting on and off the ground. Participants are required to sign a waiver before starting.
